In this video I explore how we create reference points from our last meeting with someone and how those reference points colour our next interaction with them. I share how I experienced how embodying and fully integrating the understanding of how emotions move through us and they are not our permanent states, and even though I may look like I am falling apart do not mean I am broken or that I am somehow lost or that my life is falling apart. This is life, the breaking the moving through, leaning into resilience, learning and then moving into joy, balance... stillness... whatever is next...
